First the good news - the install works just fine without a reboot being required. Connect fires up fine and looks OK.

The past few months have seen us publish a major beta (Beta 2) as well as two CTPs (Community Technology Previews) - June and July - for Windows Vista and .NET 3.0 development. The Windows Vista - Build 5472 is the July CTP build, not a EDW Build The WDK 5456 is a EDW Build tho as noted here:

I had the same problem with Vista Beta 2. My Delphi programs weren't displayed in the taskbar preview. Few days ago I have downloaded the last Vista build 5456 of 6/24/2006 and now the problem have been fixed! The preview are now displayed correctly.
